This policy explains what information is collected when you visit taonhu.com (the "site"), how it is used, and the choices you have. The site has no user accounts and does not ask you to log in.
Information collected
- Server logs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Analytics. The site uses PostHog to count page views and understand which posts are read. PostHog stores an anonymous identifier in your browser (a cookie and local storage) and records the pages you visit, your approximate location from your IP address, your browser and device type, and the referring site. This data is not used to identify you personally.
- Visit counter. The footer counter stores a flag in your browser's session storage so that each visit is counted once. It is deleted when you close the tab.
- Language preference. If you switch between English and Vietnamese, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage.
- Contact form. If you send a message, the name, email address and message you enter, together with your IP address and the time of sending, are stored so that I can reply and block spam. They are not used for any other purpose and are not shared.
Advertising and cookies (Google AdSense)
The site uses Google AdSense to show advertisements. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this site and other websites.

Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. The site still works without them; you may see less relevant ads.
How long data is kept
Analytics data is kept for up to 12 months. Contact-form messages are kept only as long as needed to answer them and are deleted within 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete any personal data you sent through the contact form. Send the request through the contact page.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
